Hopefully you will join the fun as a vendor or exhibitor at the 13th Annual Rotary Club of Peachtree City Dagon Boat Festival on Saturday, September 26, 2020, please complete our electronic Vendor-Exhibitor Application below.
In the festival’s best effort to NOT duplicate café vendors, café vendor applications must include a list of specific items for sell. Consideration of fellow café vendors is appreciated, i.e. one hot dog stand, one fresh squeezed lemonade. Participation acceptance based on application date and history of festival participation.
You will receive an email confirmation after you submit your application. After your application is approved, you may mail your payment or choose to receive a PayPal invoice (if applicable) for fee payment. All applications and payments must be received by September 1, 2020.
Please Note: Peachtree City has implemented NEW food vendor codes for both booth and truck vendors. Codes provided below for your convenience.
Acceptance into the festival is subject to approval by the festival committee.
If you are interested in providing a Cultural/Educational Exhibit at which no foods or crafts may be sold, the fees are waived but a donation is requested to assist in the festival fundraising for charity partners . Please see the Vendor-Exhibitor application for more details.
